Please bring your pet’s current rabies certificate, a self-addressed stamped envelope and the new rabies certificate will be mailed to you.
Following Covid requirements everyone will remain in their cars until directed otherwise. Clinic will be conducted outside. Masks required and social distancing enforced.
Middlefield dog licenses will also be available.
