In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 82 Section 22, notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will meet remotely on June 22, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider and vote upon whether to lay out as an extension of a public way a portion of William Street shown as “Parcel A” on a plan entitled “Plan of Land to Be Gifted to the Inhabitants of the Town of Chester, Massachusetts” by Salvini Associates dated May 9, 2016 and recorded with the Hampden County Registry of Deeds at Plan Book 388, Page 108, a copy of which plan is on file with the Town Clerk of Chester.
