Effective April 5th, 2021, the Chester Board of Selectmen have made policy that all students, that are residents of Chester, (which will be determined by the annual street census) who are eligible to apply to Smith Vocational & Agricultural High School, Westfield Technical Academy, or any other state accredited Vocational School must apply no later than March 1st.
