Business Certificate Application

Individuals or businesses operating under a name other than their own legal name are required to file a Business Certificate (DBA) with the Town Clerk’s Office in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 110, Section 5. Completed applications may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. Please contact the Town Clerk with any questions regarding filing requirements or renewals.

You can register to vote in any of the following ways:

  • In person at the Town Clerk’s office during posted office hours
  • By mail – use the mail-in application that are available at the town hall, library and post office
  • At the Registry of Motor Vehicles
