Although we love the interest, after multiple inquiries we have chose to put a notice explaining that although the Town of Chester has regained ownership of the old Chester Elementary School at 10 Middlefield Road there will be no permission granted for residents or others to have a tour and view the interior of the building. The Chester Theatre is currently using the building for rehearsal space, and we do not wish to disturb them. In addition to that our insurance policies do not permit such access to the property.
