Beginning at 7:00AM, Tuesday, March 21st, Baltazar Construction will be digging multiple test pits, in an effort to definitively locate water pipes, in advance of the Phase One drainage installation project. Water may need to be turned off/on, to confirm control points. That will cause discolored water. Excavation will continue thru Friday March 24th, as Baltazar will need to drill rock to learn the depth and quality of the geology.
