The Chester Town Election will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Town Hall, 15 Middlefield Rd.
Election hours will be 9:00AM-2:00PM.
The following positions will be open for vacancy in the upcoming election:
• Board of Selectman (1): 3 year term
• Board of Health (1): 3 year term
• Board of Health (1): 2 year term
• Moderator (1): 1 year term
• Hamilton Memorial Library Trustee (2): 3 year term
• Water Commissioner (1): 3 year term
• Water Commissioner (1): 2 year term
• School Committee (1): 3 year term
• Electric Light Commissioner (1): 3 year term
• Electric Light Commissioner (1): 1 year term
If you are interested in any of the positions, the last day to submit nomination papers is March 14, 2025. April 14, 2025, is the last day to register to vote in the Town Election.
Requests for a mailed absentee ballot are required in writing to the Town Clerk by April 29th.
