Town of Chester Conservation Commission
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 131, Section 40-the Wetlands Protection Act, the Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting, Monday, October 19, 2020 at 4:30PM to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Brookside Springs LLC. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the hearing will take place at the proposed project location – 14 Johnson Hill Road. During this time or such other time when posted, the Commission will discuss the NOI, filed by Chris Martenson of Brookside Springs LLC, for new development within the 100-buffer zone to wetland resource areas. The application and plans can be viewed during regular business hours at Town Hall Conservation Office, 15 Middlefield Rd # 16, Chester, MA 01011.
