Job Opening: Administrative Assistant – Highway Dept.

The Town of Chester is seeking an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Highway Foreman.

The position will be up to three hours per week. A successful candidate will have good written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with other municipal employees and the general public. The candidate should demonstrate clerical skills including familiarity with computers and Office programs. A successful applicant will be able to handle general office duties including processing of warrants and compiling payroll. Compensation will be $15/hr. CORI check is required.
