Chester Town Hall will be closed Wednesday, July 4th, in observance of the holiday. The transfer station will also be closed on Wednesday, but open on Thursday, July 5th from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Chester will celebrate Memorial Day on Monday, May 28th, with a ceremony beginning at 10:00 AM, at the Town Hall, with parade to follow. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held inside at the town hall. Town offices will be closed.
