The Planning Board of the Town of Chester, as the special permit granting authority, will hold a public hearing to conduct a special permit review for a proposed addition of T-Mobile cellular equipment to an existing cell tower located at 86 Route 20, Chester, MA. The public hearing will be held as follows:
Place: Chester Town Hall, Council on Aging room

Time: 6:00 PM
The special permit review is for a proposed addition of T-Mobile cellular equipment by SBA Towers to their existing cell tower located at 86 Rt.20, Chester, MA. No changes are required to the cell tower or the facility site footprint. The T-Mobile antennae will be added to the tower below the existing antennae. An equipment building will be added within the existing site perimeter for the additional equipment.
