Chester Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 5:00pm at the Chester Town Hall, 15 Middlefield Rd, Chester MA to review a WPA form 1-Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Salvini & Associates on behalf of the property owners Hilltown Sand and Gravel Inc. in regards to property located at 475 Route 20 (Huntington Road) in Chester, Massachusetts. Proposed activity is excavation, regarding within the field area of the property. This hearing is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, S.40 of the Mass Wetland Protection Act.
